Access to Affordable Recreation Subsidy Program>
The Town of Penetanguishene recognizes and promotes the full participation of all residents in recreational programs and services regardless of financial circumstances. The Access to Affordable Recreation Policy, extends to residents of Penetanguishene, regardless of age, and covers a variety of recreation related fees and costs.

- Complete an application form, in person at Townhall or by emailing recreation@penetanguishene.ca
- Bring the completed form and required documents to Townhall or email to recreation@penetanguishene.ca
- Once received the documents will be reviewed for eligibility
- Anyone who resides within the Town of Penetanguishene can apply for the Access to Affordable Recreation Subsidy
- All applications will be reviewed for eligibility
- Recreation programs directly delivered by the Recreation & Community Services Department,
- Annual Membership Fee for the Penetanguishene 55+ Centre.
- Annual Membership Fee for the Penetanguishene Centennial Museum.
- Registration in a Day Camp hosted by BGC North Simcoe.
- Registration in recreation programs offered by third-party organizations as approved by the town of Penetanguishene.
