March Break Activities

March Break activities at the museum from March 11th to March 15th. Different themes each day including two crafts and a scavenger hunt. $5 per child, pre-registration required. 

Speaking of Wildlife

One hour interactive presentation featuring 6 native Ontario wildlife ambassadors. Monday, March 11th from 1PM to 2PM at $10 per person. Pre-registration is required.

Eggstravaganza

Saturday, March 30th, 9:30am to 12:00pm

$5.00 per child. Pre-registration in a timeslot is required (adults are free).

A feature of one of Ontario's oldest communities

The history of one of Ontario's oldest communities is proudly displayed at the Penetanguishene Centennial Museum & Archives. Visit the 1875 Lumber Office and General Store owned by late lumber baron and past mayor, Mr. Charles Beck.

Our Location

  • 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. October to June: Monday to Friday
  • 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. June 1 to October 1: Monday to Saturday
  • Closed on Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Civic Holiday Monday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, and Christmas Eve at noon to January 2nd.
