78th Annual Winterama Weekend

Town of Penetanguishene organized events occur from Saturday, February 14th until Sunday, February 15th. Specific details on local businesses and partners who host events and discounts will be posted in the event schedule.

78th Annual Winterama Buttons

Buttons have returned! Buttons sold before the event will cost $3.00, and buttons sold at the event locations during Winterama Weekend will cost $5.00. Your contribution helps to support all Town-planned events taking place both indoors and outdoors throughout Winterama weekend. Buttons will be for sale at Town Hall, Penetanguishene Centennial Museum & Archives and the Penetanguishene Library starting in January.

$3.00 in advance, $5.00 at event day booths

Carboard Toboggan Race Form

Registration is now open for the Carboard Toboggan Race!

The North Simcoe Rotoract is proud to host the Annual Winterama Carboard Toboggan races once again!

The Cardboard Toboggan Races will take place on Sunday, February 15th 2026 from 10:00 - 12:00 PM, registration opens at 9:30 am . All racers must be present during entire event.
