By-law 2020-11 pertains to the property at 176 and 200 Fox Street in the Town of Penetanguishene. A Location Map has been provided illustrating the lands affected by the amendment.

A significant snowfall event has occurred in Penetanguishene over the last 12 hrs. Due to the amount of snow accumulation that has been received over this period the Roads Division maybe delayed in reaching some areas of the road network as per the Town Road Maintenance Policy.

The Town of Penetanguishene is embarking on the creation of a Community Improvement Plan for downtown. A Community Improvement Plan is one of the best tools available to municipalities to revitalize and enhance areas within communities, particularly downtown areas. The Community Improvement Plan enables the use of financial incentives to stimulate shared investment between the Town and property owners for renewal of properties.
