(PENETANGUISHENE, ON) - the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, with assistance from local residents who reported illegal dumping, has laid charges on a local resident for two (2) occurrences regarding the dumping of household waste materials on Alvin Williams Road in Penetanguishene which occurred on May 4th, 2020 and July 21st, 2020.
