Zoning By-law amendment: Public Meeting, April 13, 2022

The Town of Penetanguishene will hold a Public Meeting on April 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to pass a Zoning By-law amendment to remove a Holding “H” Symbol from the Zoning By-law as per Section 36 of the Planning Act R.S.O 1990 c.P.13.

The lands affected by the proposed amendment is municipally known as 52 McArthur Drive and is currently zoned Shoreline Residential One (SR1-H) with Holding “H” Symbol (see Location Map attached). The zoning was approved with a Holding “H” Symbol to indicate that changes to the property could not occur until such time as the property owner provides that the Septic System meets Building Code requirements.

The Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video, or the public is welcome to join in-person at Town Hall, 10 Robert Street West.
