Town of Penetanguishene Launches 2027 Lets Talk Budget Survey
The Town of Penetanguishene is beginning the development of its 2027 Municipal Budget and is inviting residents to share their thoughts through a public survey.
Community input plays an important role in the budget process. The annual budget is developed by staff based on Council's goals and priorities, while also considering feedback received from residents. The survey provides an opportunity for residents to identify budget priorities, share comments on Town services, and help shape future financial decisions.
As part of the Town's commitment to customer service and community engagement, residents are encouraged to participate and provide valuable feedback that will help guide the development of the 2027 Budget.
The survey is available online at www.connectpenetanguishene.ca and www.penetanguishene.ca. Hard copies are also available upon request at Town Hall and the Penetanguishene Public Library.
The survey will remain open until Friday, October 16, 2026. A summary of the survey results will be presented during the Special Committee of the Whole Budget Meeting on December 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
