The Town of Penetanguishene would like to remind all residents and business owners that every reasonable precaution should be taken to avoid blocking or obstructing fire hydrants when clearing snow.  For your safety and the safety of your neighbors, it is important to keep hydrants clear and unobstructed so that they are accessible in case of an emergency.

The Town of Penetanguishene continually monitors fire hydrant accessibility to ensure fire hydrants are kept clear of snow within a reasonable timeframe, as necessary.  We appreciate your cooperation.
