Special Committee of the Whole (Budget Draft 2)

• Committee received a presentation from Chief Executive Officer, Linda Keenan regarding the Penetanguishene Public Library budget.
• Committee approved the 2024 operating budget as presented.
• Committee approved the 2024 and 2025 Capital Budgets as presented.
• Committee approved the 2024 operating contribution to the Penetanguishene Public Library in an amount up to $512,789.
• Committee approved a 2024 capital contribution to the Penetanguishene Public Library in an amount up to $50,000.
• Committee approved the budget as presented for final approval and ratification at the December 13, 2023, meeting.
