Residents needed to sit on Advisory Boards and Committees
PENETANGUISHENE, ON - Are you a Penetanguishene resident who is passionate about your community? Bring your skills and experience to the table and make a difference by participating in an advisory board or committee of Council. These important boards and committees are a way to give input and recommendations on matters that affect the entire community.
The committees with current vacancies include:
- Penetanguishene Library Board;
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee;
- Wellbeing and Accessibility Committee;
- Trails Committee

"We recognize and appreciate that the Town of Penetanguishene is best served by boards and committees which reflect the diversity of our communities and strongly encourage those interested to apply."
Residents who are interested in applying can visit the Town of Penetanguishene website for more information on each committee and the application form. Only applications for the boards and committees with current vacancies will be considered at this time.
Applications for committee positions will be accepted until Friday, December 8, 2023.
