Community Improvement Plan and Incentive Program Guidelines
The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene invites proposals for the provision of consulting services to develop a Community Improvement Plan (CIP) for downtown and Main Street Penetanguishene and the preparation of incentive program guidelines to implement the CIP. The objectives of the project are to create a Community Improvement Plan that will: enhance the built form, initiate growth through private sector development, improve connectivity with adjacent neighbourhoods, create a sense of community and attract tourism to downtown Penetanguishene.
Sealed Proposals will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. local time on Friday, October 4, 2019. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Proposals. Proposals submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.
Request for Proposal documents may be obtained by accessing Bids & Tenders, which is a website set up for hosting bid opportunities. The website can be found at www.bidsandtenders.ca. Alternatively, the Request for Proposal document is posted on the Municipal website.
