Notice to Residents Regarding Planning Matters

April 21, 2022 - The Town of Penetanguishene Planning Department is currently experiencing in-person staff shortages. Residents who wish to come into Town Hall to complete Planning matters will be accommodated as best as possible.

All Planning Staff continue to work remotely during this time. The contact information for each department staff member has been outlined below.

If you are planning to build, renovate or demolish and require a permit, we encourage you to use the online Building Permit website, CloudPermit. https://ca.cloudpermit.com/login?_mid_=34137

Residents who have inquiries regarding By-law and Building Inspections will continue to be served in office, or remotely.
