Notice of Intent to Update the Town’s Fees & Charges By-Law for 2026

The Town of Penetanguishene is updating its Fees and Charges By-law, which sets out the costs for a wide variety of municipal services. 

The proposed changes to the Town’s fees and charges schedule will be presented to the Committee of the Whole on November 12, 2025, with Council ratification anticipated on December 10, 2025. If approved by Council, the updated fees and charges will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
