Revised Notice November 28: The Town of Penetanguishene is updating their Fees and Charges By-law, which sets out the costs for a wide variety of municipal services.
The proposed changes to the Fees and Charges By-law #2021-61 was presented to Council at their meeting on November 9, 2022. It was deferred and will be brought forth on the November 30, 2022 Special Committee of the Whole agenda, with a by-law expected to be presented at the December 14, 2022 Council meeting. If approved by Council, the updated fees will come into effect on January 1, 2023.
