Notice of Construction Activities at the Penetanguishene Centennial Museum & Archives

The Town of Penetanguishene would like to inform residents and visitors of upcoming construction work at the Penetanguishene Centennial Museum & Archives beginning September 14, 2026.

As part of ongoing infrastructure improvements, the Town will be undertaking work to replace underground piping and rehabilitate hardscape areas on the museum grounds. Construction activities will be completed by Morden Construction and TNT Services.

During construction, access to portions of the museum grounds will be temporarily impacted. An alternative entrance at the front of the building will be available to maintain public access to the facility.

The Town appreciates the public's patience and understanding while these important improvements are completed. This work will help maintain and enhance the museum grounds and supporting infrastructure for years to come.
