Notice of Committee of Adjustment September 28th, 2020

Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on September 28th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:

  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B8/2020 relates to the land composed Part of the north parts of Lot 20 and Lot 21, Plan 36 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 58 Church Street (see Location Map attached).
  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B9/2020 relates to the land composed Part of Lot 17A, Registered Plan 69 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 1400 Sandy Bay Road (see Location Map attached).
  • Provisional Consent to Sever application B10/2020 relates to the land composed Part of Lot 13A, Registered Plan 69 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 120 Gilwood Park Drive (see Location Map attached).
  • Minor Variance Application (A7/2020) relates to the land composed of the Part of Lot 29, Plan 36 and Part of Lot 5 Plan 542 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 11 Church Street (see Location Map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
