Enbridge Gas Inc. Helps Midland Fire Department and Penetanguishene Fire & Emergency Services Reduce Fire and Carbon Monoxide Deaths Through Project Zero

The Town of Penetanguishene Fire & Emergency Services would like to announce that they are working in conjunction with Enbridge Gas Inc. and the Town of Midland Fire Department to improve home safety and bring fire and carbon monoxide-related deaths down to zero.

Penetanguishene Fire & Emergency Services and Midland Fire Department received a total of two-hundred and fifty-two (126 for each department) combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms through Project Zero, - a public education campaign that will provide more than 9,100 alarms to residents in 40 municipalities across Ontario.

This year, Enbridge Gas Inc, invested $275,000 in Project Zero and over the past eleven (11) years, the program has provided more than 44,356 alarms to Ontario fire departments.
