Community Improvement Plan Kick Off Meeting and Downtown Walkabout
Community Improvement Plan
The Town of Penetanguishene is embarking on the creation of a Community Improvement Plan for downtown. A Community Improvement Plan is one of the best tools available to municipalities to revitalize and enhance areas within communities, particularly downtown areas. The Community Improvement Plan enables the use of financial incentives to stimulate shared investment between the Town and property owners for renewal of properties.
To start this project a Kick Off Meeting and Downtown Walkabout is planned for:

Council Chambers, Penetanguishene Townhall
2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Introduction and Brief Presentation
2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Downtown Walkabout
