The Town of Penetanguishene deemed the following application to amend the Town’s Zoning By-law 2000-02, as amended, “Complete” Applications under Subsection 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13 on the 28th day of April 2021.
This notice has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department to inform you that the Road Division staff have started the spring clean-up process. Areas listed below will be started today, April 26th, 2021 and will continue into next week, weather permitting.

Penetanguishene - In January 2021, the Town finalized an Agreement to purchase the property located at 51 Dunlop Street, with conditions. Those conditions have recently been satisfied and the sale is now final, with the final purchase price of the property for $1,295,000 (inclusive of HST).
