By-law 2018-1 pertains to lands composed of Part of Lot 103, Registered Plan 70 in the Town of Penetanguishene, municipally known as 43 Burke Street (see location map).

THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the property from the Residential Second Density (R2) zone to Institutional (G) zone. Only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal a by-law to the Ontario Municipal Board. A notice of appeal may not be filed by an unincorporated association or group. However, a notice of appeal may be filed in the name of an individual who is a member of the association or the group on its behalf.
