Notice of Decision: Approval of Draft Plan Conditions 123 Robert Street East

This notice is to inform residents that the Town of Penetanguishene has approved the noted Draft Plan of Subdivision and the attached Draft Plan of Subdivision Conditions that was issued by the Director of Planning and Community Development on July 12, 2023. A copy of the decision is attached.

Pursuant to the Planning Act, R.SO. 1990 Chap. P.13, 51(39)(43) a notice of appeal of the decision must be filed with the Clerk of the Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene no later than Tuesday, August 8, 2023, setting out written reasons in support of the appeal. The appeal must be accompanied by the fee as prescribed by the Ontario Land Tribunal. The cheque is to be made payable to the Minister of Finance.
