TAKE NOTICE THAT the Council of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Townhall, 10 Robert Street W., Penetanguishene, to pass a Zoning By-law amendment to remove a Holding “H” Symbol from the Zoning By-law as per Section 36 of the Planning Act R.S.O 1990 c.P.13. (Note: To access the Council Chambers please enter the Municipal Office from the parking lot at the rear of the building located adjacent to Shanahan Road)

TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended and By-law 2008-22 of the Town of Penetanguishene, The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene will be considering a by-law to stop up and close Unnamed Rd PL 69 Tay abutting N Limit of Lt 117 Con 2 Tay, BTN Fuller St and St. Andrew’s Lake; Penetanguishene, County of Simcoe being all of the lands described in PIN 58446-0023.

Temporary Anne Street Road Closure

The Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department would like to advise that Anne Street, between Jeffery Street and Edward Street, will be closed today, January 24, 2020, due to an emergency utility repair. Local traffic will have single direction access provided, although please consult with staff on site prior to driving into the construction zone.
