May 28, 2021 –Town of Penetanguishene and Town of Midland Council members approved changes to the current fare rates for the Mid-Pen Transit Service. As of June 14, 2021, the fare rates for all riders will increase to the following amounts:

In conjunction with Midwestern Line Painting, The Town of Penetanguishene will be line painting throughout the Town, starting Tuesday, May 25, 2021 between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This work is scheduled to take approximately two (2) days to complete.

The Town of Penetanguishene Council passed By-law 2021-24 on May 12, 2021 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. By-law 2021-24 pertains to the property at 77 Fox Street in the Town of Penetanguishene. A Location Map has been provided illustrating the lands affected by the amendment.
