The Town of Penetanguishene will hold a Public Meeting on April 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. to pass a Zoning By-law amendment to remove a Holding “H” Symbol from the Zoning By-law as per Section 36 of the Planning Act R.S.O 1990 c.P.13.

The Town of Penetanguishene (‘Town’) has retained Greenland Consulting Engineers (‘Greenland’) to prepare an update of the existing 2009 Land Development Engineering Policy (Municipal Engineering Standards) and to develop a new Site Plan Design Guidelines document.
