Service Delivery Review

The Town is undertaking a service delivery review.

What is it?

Service delivery reviews are normal, most municipalities perform one every 3-5 years to ensure service delivery is efficient and effective.

Why do one?

  • To compare our performance to other municipalities
  • To determine how well we are providing services; and
  • To identify opportunities for improvement (quality of service, improve revenue or reduce costs)
