Request for Proposal - Compensation Review

The primary objective of the Pay Equity and Compensation Review is to have an external consultant review the Town’s Pay Equity Plan, compensation policies and pay structure for both the union and non-exempt employee groups. The review will result in recommendations to ensure compliance with pay equity; maintain internal equity and to establish external equity that will position the Towns favourably for recruitment and retention that will assist in addressing future challenges in the industry.

Each Proponent is asked to submit four (4) identical sets of their Proposal - One (1) bound original copy identified as “Master” and three (3) copies marked “Copy”, sealed, and clearly marked as to contents. (See attached document for full details)
