Good morning, Bonjour
I hope you have had a great All Things Canadian weekend.  The Urban Slide was a hit once again, our park was full of vendors and happy folks strolling about.  Jan and I popped by Friday evening and again on Saturday afternoon, everyone we bumped into shared what a wonderful weekend they were having.  It was nice that mother nature gave us back to back good weather days as they have sure been few and far between this summer.  Hats off...

Good morning, Bonjour
A busy weekend !
Everywhere we went was a sea of people having good fun, kicking back and discovering the beauty that is our area. Jan and I popped by the cupcake festival on Friday night and again on Saturday to find our Main Street being a hub of activity (high fives to Betty Crompton for a job well done!) , over in Midland the Duck drew 10’s of thousands of folks to the area and out in Tiny their picnic/fair was seeing good times had by...

Usually I start of my message with a comment about the weather, today I recalled  that age old adage , if you cannot say something nice than say nothing at all.  Soooo I am moving on !
GBGH confirmed for me early last week that they have decided to  undertake a new approach to the PGH site. Under the new approach, the Board of GBGH would donate the land to Hospice Huronia.  Hospice Huronia would construct a new 12,000 sq. ft....

Bonne Fête du Canada, Happy Canada Day everyone,
We had a great Canada Day here in our town, we had the all things wheels parade with 45 bikes, strollers and scooters decorated to the hilt,  we unveiled the Canada 150 Mural and as is always the tradition for us, we partied at the museum with music, good food, good friends and of course the cupcakes !  Wrapping the day up was an extra special fireworks display.   I hope our national birthday party...

Good Morning, Bonjour
According to the calendar summer arrived, four days ago, apparently summer and the calendar are not consulting with one another !!  Well it is the last weekend of June which means next weekend is Canada Day.  I can share we plenty of activities planned, include a parade, fun at the museum and fireworks !
